Using There!
You must be at least 13 years old to use There!. If you are under 18, you may use the app only where permitted by local law and with any parent or guardian authorization that law requires. Children under 13 must not use the app or submit personal information through it.
There! helps you look for an item in a photo. Take or choose a photo, describe the item and start a search. Before sending the selected photo and description for AI analysis, the app asks your permission. You can cancel without sending the search.
The result is a suggestion about where to look. AI can make mistakes or miss an item. Check the marked area and your surroundings yourself. There! cannot see hidden objects or anything outside the photo and does not locate belongings through GPS or Bluetooth. Do not rely on it for emergencies or decisions affecting someone's safety or rights.
Search requires an internet connection. The service may sometimes be delayed, unavailable or subject to reasonable usage limits.
Your content and responsibilities
Your photos and descriptions remain yours. When you request a search, you allow us and the providers named in the Privacy Policy to process the selected content to return a result. You can delete completed searches from your device's history; this does not recall information already sent for analysis.
Only submit content you are entitled to use. Respect other people's privacy. Do not use There! for harassment, surveillance, illegal content, infringement of others' rights or bypassing service limits.
Availability and purchases
There! is preparing for release on iPhone and Android. General store availability and paid sales have not started.
We plan to offer searches free until your first likely found result, including that result. After that, a five-search pack and a monthly subscription with up to 20 searches are planned. These are future plans, not an offer to buy today. We will update these terms before paid sales begin. The app and store will show the available products, local price, billing period and search allowance before you confirm a purchase.
A subscription, when available, renews automatically unless you cancel under the store's rules. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through the store where you bought them. Contact support if paid access is not delivered or you need help restoring an eligible purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
License and your rights
There! is provided by Alexander Rysev, operating as Almost Apps. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. On iOS, the app license is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
We cannot guarantee that an item will be found or that the service will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may update the service and these terms, respecting applicable law and any valid paid access. We will explain material changes where required. The date above identifies this version.
