Provider and license
Almost Dreams is provided by Alexander Rysev, operating as Almost Apps. Contact almostappsup@gmail.com. Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service terms describe Almost Dreams features and purchases; they do not replace that license or mandatory consumer rights. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
What Almost Dreams does
Almost Dreams helps you save dream memories, record audio you choose to capture, organize a local library and create imaginative stories and images from selected material. AI-generated details may be fictional, inaccurate or unexpected. They are creative interpretations, not a factual reconstruction of a dream. Review results before relying on or sharing them. The app is not a medical device, diagnostic service, sleep treatment or emergency alarm service.
Recording and your content
You retain your rights in the material you provide. Submit or record only material you have permission to use, and obtain any consent required from people whose speech may be captured. By requesting processing, you authorize the processing needed to perform that request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service to infringe rights, create unlawful content, impersonate others, abuse the service or circumvent purchase and usage limits. Automated voice similarity does not establish identity.
Device and service limits
Supported local speech and AI features depend on your device, operating system, language, downloaded models and availability. Recording and background processing may be interrupted by calls, system limits, power, storage or other applications. Processing near a chosen wake time does not guarantee completion before you wake. Keep an independent alarm if waking on time is important. Cloud features require permission, connectivity, available service and sufficient generation balance.
Membership and generation balance
The App Store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period and included allowance before you confirm. Membership options are weekly, monthly and annual. Weekly membership includes 5 dream generations per paid period; monthly includes 20. Annual membership includes 20 at purchase and 20 on each of the following 11 monthly allowance dates during the paid year. A five-generation top-up may also be available separately. There is no advertised free trial. Allowances are credited after verified payment; refunds or revoked transactions may remove associated allowance. Generation balance is for use within Almost Dreams and has no cash value. The app shows the required balance before generation.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple account. Manage or cancel in Apple's subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple's purchase terms govern billing and refund requests. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current paid period. Restore purchases is available for eligible purchases; consumed top-ups and local recordings, dreams and files may not be recoverable on a new installation. Export important local content before removing the app or changing devices.
Results, availability and responsibility
AI outputs may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Do not present generated content as verified evidence. We may restrict requests that violate these terms or provider safety requirements. Features may evolve or become temporarily unavailable; we do not promise uninterrupted processing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple's Standard EULA addresses license limitations and warranty terms.

Include the app version and a description of the issue; never send passwords, payment card details or private recordings unless you intend to share them. Updated terms will carry a revised date on this page.
