License and service
On iOS, Almost Crossed is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. For Android, you may use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes while you comply with these terms. Almost Crossed helps you discover places and times that may overlap with another person’s photo memories. Results depend on the metadata available on both devices and are estimates, not proof that two people met. Respect the other person’s consent when starting or sharing a comparison.
Full Access and payment
Full Access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the paid features and future reveals described in the app. The price and payment method are shown before confirmation. For eligible Android customers in Russia, the price is 899 ₽ and Robokassa processes card or Faster Payments System (SBP) payments. The self-employed tax receipt is issued through Robokassa’s connection to “Мой налог” and sent to the email entered at checkout. The Russian purchase offer gives the seller details and purchase, delivery and refund terms in Russian. On iOS and in other Android regions, the applicable app store handles the purchase under its own payment terms. We do not receive your full card details.
Delivery, restoration and refunds
Digital access is delivered in the app after the payment is confirmed. An active internet connection may be needed to confirm the purchase. Store purchases can be restored through the app’s Restore control and the corresponding store account. A Robokassa purchase can be restored using the email entered at checkout and a one-time verification code. Keep access to that email address. If payment succeeded but access or a receipt did not arrive, contact support with the order number or receipt email; do not send card details. For a refund request, contact support at almostappsup@gmail.com. Applicable consumer rights remain in force. Access associated with a refunded purchase may be revoked.
