These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile application Almost (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The App provides tools for tracking impulsive purchases, setting goals, analyzing spending habits, earning virtual currency, and receiving motivational recommendations. The App is not a financial, banking, or investment service.
2. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- interfere with the App’s operation or internal mechanisms;
- use the App for unlawful purposes.
3. Data Collection and Processing
The App may collect and process the following data:
- user-provided information (goal, amount, gender, preferences);
- in-app behavior (refusals, wishlist items, virtual currency usage);
- analytics data (Firebase Analytics) only after explicit user consent;
- technical device information required for improving app performance.

- improve app functionality,

4. Premium Access
Almost offers two premium options:
(1) auto-renewable subscription and
(2) one-time Lifetime Premium purchase.
Lifetime Premium is a non-consumable purchase that provides permanent access to premium features within the app for the purchasing account.
Subscription pricing and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4.1 Virtual Currency
The App uses a virtual in-app currency (coins) that can be earned through actions, achievements, and progress.
Virtual currency:
- has no monetary value;
- is not legal tender;
- cannot be exchanged for real money;
- cannot be transferred to other users. Coins may only be used within the App for cosmetic or gameplay-related features (themes, animations, pet customization, etc.).
5. Limitation of Liability
The App provides motivational tools and does not guarantee any specific financial outcome. All spending decisions are made solely by the user.
The developer is not responsible for:
- financial losses incurred by the user;
- loss of data caused by device malfunction or third-party software;
- inability to use the App due to circumstances beyond the developer’s control.
6. Updates
The App’s functionality may be updated, changed, or expanded at any time. The developer may modify the App without prior notice.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. The developer reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
8. Changes to the Terms
The developer may update these Terms. The date of the last update will be changed accordingly.
